As part of Class Athlete's relaunch of the Web site, we are excited about integrating the classroom in a formal way. This is how it will work: A parent or an athlete can nominate a teacher by submitting this form.
The nomination should be no more than 150 words and needs to describe why this teacher has gone above and beyond. We also need the teacher's contact information, whether it is an e-mail or phone number. Each week, we will recognize the winning teacher at a ceremony at halftime of that child's game.
